I'm a 37 year old ,wife, mother of 3 teenagers, and business owner. Almost 6 years ago I suffered a heart attack, and have made it my mission since then to live a healthier lifestyle. This has included quitting smoking (coming up on 6 years smoke free), cutting bad fats from my diet, and losing inches around my middle using diet and excercise. I love the way I feel, but I still struggle with my waist size. Sweets are my weakness!!

Im new....
Be careful of too many saturated fats with this diet. Great for a quick weight loss, but lacks in some important food groups. My advice would be to look into South Beach, and you can still drop weight fast, but you won't risk too much saturated fat!! Good Luck!!

Looking for Buddies
Just learned of this program throught The Today Show. Very new to this type of thing, but would love to share my experiences!! Guess you could say I'm addicted to eating well, and excercise!! But I'm also addicted to sweets, breads, and pasta! That's my weakness. Looking forward to sharing stories with others.
