49, work from home doing telecom presales. Challenges are sedentariness, carb craving when tired, remembering to get up and move around. Gained 20 lbs within six months of starting telecommuting. Have always worked out and eaten healthy ( or so I thought!). Found fat secret after getting my iPad, and what an eye opener it's been. I've never felt so empowered or hopeful about finally getting into good shape. Having to be accountable for everything I eat is key to the process, and I'm making better decisions as a result. I'm currently on track, losing 2 lbs per week.
