I first came on this site in 2016 and I lost 17lbs . But then lots of things happened in my life and I gained all that weight. Now 164 lbs!

So now I am back to give it another try. Taking on one of the challenges, Turkey challenge , we have got to post a photo of ourselves ,a before photo .Anyway,not dieted for a few years but here goes - - -

Adding a picture into a message
Hooray, after googling I found the answer and after trial and error I managed to do it. So for those members who have the same problem ,go to this link. It is quite easy . Adding a picture into a message
Does anyone know how to add a picture into a message .I have see a few posts where members have entered pictures . I have the pictures in flickr and have tried to put them in a post but it fails . Is there a code I should be looking for. Anyone out there that have posted up pics successfully. Any help much appreciated.
