I am 42 years old and have recently lost some of the disciple I need to be at the weight I like, 140-145 lbs. About 1 1/2 years ago, I got down to 138 and stayed there for about a year. I went thru some stress, was feeling overwhelmed and began drinking alchol way too frequently. I didn't realize how many calories are in alcohol!!(about 1750 in a 750ml Absolut)It's crazy because I would never eat that many "extra" calories from food. I have 4 teenagers, a husband and a very demanding career involving travel and social drinking. I think that counting calories will help me in a huge way. I have a huge wardrobe and some of it doesn't fit. Ready to get back into my super skinny jeans!Very motivated!
