Hello everyone, my name is Deborah and i live in Alberta, I've been pretty much overweight most of my life, it's just getting harder to carry it around since I'm getting older. 225 is too much weight on my 5'2 frame so here I am like most of you trying to knock off a few pounds. I'm 52 years old and I don't want to die being fat, sick & tired of life because I'm too unhealthy anymore to enjoy it. My goal is to just take it slow and steady, try and do a bit of exercise everyday & stay away from sugar which is a binge food for me. My long term goal is to reach 140 & my first major goal is to get out of the 200's, it's been a very long time since I weighed under 200. I plan on taking just one day at a time, not looking ahead, just staying in today. I heard from a lady that lost close to 150 lbs that her big thing was to plan out her day in advance so you know what you're going to eat everyday. I haven't started doing any exercise yet, the winter has been brutal here this year so that's next on my agenda, just to move for 30 minutes a day.

Weight Loss Diet?
Tell him to check out food addicts anonymous, they have a really nutritious food plan for people who are very overweight and struggle with food addiction, they basically eliminate sugar, flour and wheat from their diets, it works, people have lost tons of weight following the food plan, hope your friend gets help, I too struggle with food addiction and the only peace of mind I get is when I follow a food plan that eliminates sugar, flour and wheat from my diet, good luck!
