Having both lost substantial amounts weight in our late 20s (around 30 lbs each), my best friend and I are (generally) avid gym-goers who occasionally fall off the motivation train.
Being that I majorly slacked on the gym and eating over the holidays, will be turning 30 next month and have scheduled a joint boudoir session for us in June, my bestie and I are back at the game with a new level of motivation and a goal to look stunning in our skivvies (in front of the camera).
We just started Lee Labrada's 12 week Lean Body plan, which includes an eating and a workout/training plan. Our goal is not just weight loss, but over all leaning and health. I'll be using FatSecret to track my foods and BodyBuilding.com to track my workouts and progress.
