Does Sugar/Chocolate stall weight loss for anyone?
As a rule of thumb... sugar is pretty lethal. I cut it out completely over the last few months and it has helped. But everyone reacts differently.

If you are disciplined enough, lower that intake to once every 5 days as opposed to daily. Or even once every 3 or 4 days. Calorie wise it is minimal, but in time I truly believe your cravings for sugar slowly diminish.

Try a few things out, see what happens.
