I used to be a really fat kid since I played football in high school. I lost all the weight inbetween high school and college by dieting and exercising three times a day. I lost roughly 100 pounds in 3 months through my ambition. I've been able to keep the weight off since then, which was 5 years ago. In addition, I've also helped other lose weight and keep it off as well.
