Do u have to have a trainer?
What everyone has said here is so true. The first time I had a trainer my mind set was not in the right place so I would re-schedule our sessions all the time. I wasted my money. The second time which was this last Oct/Nov. timeframe I went to my sessions and started working out faithfully but I didn't change my diet. My trainer told me I needed to but I wasn't ready to change what I ate. Since, then I have chosen a diet plan to follow, set and written down goals and am working out on a daily basis. Some form of activity everyday whether it is at the gym, walking the dogs for 40 mins at a brisk pace or lifting hand held weights at home while watching American Idol. Bottom line it all came down to whether I was committed to the plan. Was I mentally prepared this time around with the focus I needed with my food and excercise. And finally I can say 'yes' I am ready and recognize the fact that I wasn't fully committed when I was paying for a trainer. Live and learn. Just do what works for you
