Sticking with my workout plan. Tomorrow is my first day on stage 2. I'm super excited. Starting to see some abs! although I did just do a core workout yesterday so who knows. This is going well enough I think I am going to lower my goal weight. Surprised this is going so well considering I am keeping hydrated and water weight is against me. I have an RDI of 2700 calories I think, and I am sticking at or under 2000 which is close to what I was consuming before. Only thing I can think of is instead of getting the calories from junk food I am eating a lot more fruits and vegetables. This goes against what understand to be fact, so I dunno. I suppose it could be I wasn't estimating calories very accurately prior to starting this cut phase. I plan on getting down to 170 lbs and then packing on more muscle. Hopefully I wont ever see 170 again after that. I would like to weigh 190 with 9% body fat.

Adding this here because I think I put it in the wrong place.
Nailing the water requirement. Not sure if frozen skillet meals constitute "clean eating" but it has vegetables and fits in my calories. Had more water today because I had my physical fitness assessment so I am able to get back in the gym. I didn't want to chance an injury before that. Trying a workout I found called growth and strength training (GST). I love it. I also bought some amino acids and some agmatine to add to my pre-workout and protein. They are amazing. I no longer feel drug out after a set and I am beating my personal bests. All in all feeling amazing!
