Weight isn't doing much, but the body feels better. Today is my resistance weight training day. I plan on walking 5 miles also. I surprised myself yesterday when I walked 5 miles, with the dogs, in the cart. Austalian Terriers - the older one named TaraMiSu is 12 yrs and the younger one name Daisy Doodle is 1 yr. Daisy is delightful, but a hand full.

Adding Fiber to the things to track, though I have no idea how much is good. I googled 25 g for women and 38 g for men. I will go with this answer for now. i added chia and flax meal to my protein drink. Kindof yummy and nutty. The main thing is gut motility, so I think between 80 oz of water and the fiber, this should keep things moving. yeah!
