I'm entering a new phase in my life. I have always been over weight and tried a diet here and a diet there, then I'd induldge in cake or chips and tell myself I'd have to start again next week. But I have never had as much motivation to lose weight as I do now. I've actually started to take exercise classes (before I always viewed exercise as optional) and hook up with friends who would motivate and support me. I feel different this time. I'm less tempted to induldge and look forward to working out. This will be the time I succeed.
