If you get stuck and not really going anywhere you may need to change things up a bit. change when and what exercises you do as well as change your meals. If you count calories try making it a weekly goal instead of a daily goal, same thing with exercise. it keeps your body quessing and gets you off that plateu your on and pushes you into the next level to help you lose more. Keep up the good work and hope this helps.
