Down a few more pounds. I was hoping to hit 254, but I'll take 255! I stuck to my diet pretty good, just need to do better with exercise.

Well, I suppose I shouldn't expect miracles after only a week. I am glad just to be back on my routine. I feel like I have more energy during the day, and starting to feel better about myself too.

Well, after being off of my routine for about nine months I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that I am at my all time high weight. I had great success with my old routine and officially started it up today. I can use all of the encouragement I can get!!!

Wow! pretty good loss after my first week. I suspect a good portion of it is water weight, but i'll take it. went of my diet a bit this weekend while camping, but back on it today.
