Well, I'm home from the hospital now, and weighed in. I am extremely aggravated and upset that I gained 19 pounds!!! I am meeting with my Dr. To discuss an alternate med that hopefully won't contribute to weight gain. My fitness and nutrition goal are back in effect as of this morning. I have proven that I can lose the weight before, just need to buckle down and do it again. Instead of closing with " wish me luck", I will say that I need all the support and encouragement I can get.

Yay! I hit my second goal of 220! My total loss is 24 Lbs!!! I am now changing my goal weight to 210. I expect to reach that goal my March 1st...lets see how it goes.

Well, really disappointed today! I was sure I'd be at 220 or even 219, but I'm back to 223.5. I experienced this last month, and when I look at the graph, I know not to let this get me down. Just have to remind myself that this is a lifestyle change and a journey, not a sprint. I shall persevere!!!

well this was a pleasant surprise this morning! I was too eager to wait until my regular weigh in day so i jump on the scale this morning and down another 2 lbs! almost at my second goal of 220!!! I cant wait to see myself in the two-teens. this is the lowest weigh i have been in over five years!
