Well, Today is Christmas Day. I'm at work in Baghdad, Iraq with Tim, Dave, and Jon drinking coffee and listening to Christmas Music. Feeling a little home sick and missing Arthur, Doug, Vance, Lara, and the fur babies. We had our mini DynCorp Christmas party yesterday from 3 till 4. Just before that, I ate six mini-butter cookies from the tin, and that's all it took to switch me from strict diet and exercise mode to pig out and don't exercise guy. At the party, and later in my room, I must have eaten approximately 20 bite size chocolates (mini snickers, nestle crunch, milky way, plain chocolate...) and then more mini butter cookies...six more to be exact). then went to dinner with the guys and even though I didn't feel hungry, I had a corn dog and French fries....As I reflect on yesterdays binge eating of junk food, I feel terrible about my behavior-but, I take it with a grain of salt...It was Christmas Eve; the holiday season...time to have some fun and indulge...even if it's just a little bit. So, even though today is Christmas, I plan on eating my usual salad for lunch and dinner, and hitting the gym. maybe I'll have a piece of ham and green bean casserole if they serve that, but that's it. After yesterday, I'm not excited about my weigh in coming up on Sunday....
