Went out with friends today. Didn't feel like I ate as many calories as I did. Yikes! I'll do less calories tomorrow. Also my protein ratio was a little high.. aiming for over 70% fat.

doing the fat fast yesterday, today, and for the next few days.. against advice on the adkins forum.. but hey it's working. and nothing creates more motivation than watching the scale numbers drop every morning

The holidays are over. Time to get serious! Planning on doing the fat fast for the next five days, Then planning on doing adkins induction and being very strict. 1500-1800 cals/day. 12-15 NC from foundation veggies. 64 oz of water. 60-70% cals from fat. 20-30% cals from protein. 5-10% cals from veggies.
