doing the fat fast yesterday, today, and for the next few days.. against advice on the adkins forum.. but hey it's working. and nothing creates more motivation than watching the scale numbers drop every morning
164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
