I've struggled with my weight since my late twenties. The college 10 turned into 20 and it just kept going from there. In my late 30's now, I'm tired of being overweight and out of shape. I want to be healthier and happier in my body and to someday have family.
My goal is to lose @ 2 lbs per week until I reach my ultimate goal.
I'm ready to make this time a change in my lifestyle and not just a diet.
