I need help so please anyone let me know the answer or suggestion. Lets start with info about me. I work from 7-4 in wal mart.( stand, walk, and lift heavy boxes the whole 8 hours) ( and I mean the whole 8 hours no lie) and when I get off its hotttt in Georgia at 4pm. And one more thing I live where walking or exercise in the dark is not wise, and my job will call me at a drop of a hat to come in at 5am.
I recognize I need exercise to complete my goal, but how and what.
I am sore from standing and walking all day and hotttt and unsafe in my area and be in bed early to get up early.
Honesty appreciated.

I ve been gone from FS for a little while but still working on my goal. So I return to help and support me and a new goal as to FS.

I'm some what please with the progress, lost 8 pounds,did my workout, did 2 miles in 30 my next goal is to do 2.5 in 30. My motto is 2 for 1. Two pounds one week. :)

Today was a very productive day. I worked for 8 hours which consist of standing, lifting and walking all 8hrs. Then got off work and did 35min on the treadmill. Let's see what tomorrow brings. Weigh in on Wed, :)
