My goal for this week is not to snack so much. I also want to cut back on my cheese intake,lol thats my weakness cheese. Im proud of my progress. I started out at 291 pounds, and now Im at 270.
Im sorta dissappointed that im not exercise is not going as planed. Today its raining outside so im doing floor exercises. but im confident that all will workout.

Another day with a new begining. I hurt my knee on last friday, now i unable to do my workout walking. what can i do now until i can get to the track. im going to try floor workout. Dont know how much ill burn but i have to try something.
