I ve been gone from FS for a little while but still working on my goal. So I return to help and support me and a new goal as to FS.

My new goal to keep up with my weigh in
writing more about my negatives and positives
and call out for support

237.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
