Ok the goals this week is to write in my journal every day and put my food entry in everyday. I finally feel like I got an exercise schedule down and have been doing it for two weeks, starting week three tomorrow. I exercise every other day 35 mins on the treadmill at an average of 3.3mph with a 2.5 incline. So on my off days for the next 30 days I want to do 50 to 60 sit ups, 50 side sit ups,50 reverse curls and 25 curls,25 weight lifting. So we will see what happens.
