I am not doing carnivore right now, but I am still doing IF and not eating very much. My weight has not moved in the last 3 weeks, but I haven't gained anything.

Day 1 the next 25 lbs, took a break from carnivore, I started it again, my body can lose the weight faster now.

I went up to 45 days and then, I started eating a few more cabs, I am still doing IF, but you can only just eat meat for just so long. I am still sticking to the correct way of eating, just more carbs. I miss orange juice and vegetables, not so much fruit. I will weigh myself tomorrow and see what this last week has done. I feel good, but not in bondage to only meat. I like variety, the other way just bores my pallet.

39th day another 2 lbs lost, working on IF 12 hours and Carnivore way of eating. One of my hens was taken by a hawk yesterday, she was good egg layer, but not that friendly.
