I found that I hadn't gained weight in the almost 60 days, I ate pretty well, I have bloat of 10 or 15 lbs I am sure, so starting BBBE again will bring me to my goal weight 200.

I am not doing carnivore right now, but I am still doing IF and not eating very much. My weight has not moved in the last 3 weeks, but I haven't gained anything.
