Day 21 eating new foods, garlic, onions, and sparkling water. my back is still a little discomfortable, but walked down the street.

Day 20 I found some new things to eat, sunflower butter and raw pumpkin seeds, goat cheese and romaine lettuce, the carbs are very low and it will change things around.

Day 19 of carnivore way of eating, I am not that hungry today, because of a spasm in my lower back out of no where. I am walking to try and walk it out, couldn't sleep very well last night, but hot showers and stretching, let me get some sleep. I can tell something is out of place and just have to work it back in place.

Day 18 I am looking for new recipes. I really like spinach and cucumbers, today I had double the carbs I usually have. I miss drinking milk.

17 days and it seems to be getting harder to not eat food that fills me up, I like meats but they get boring.
