I could tell some of the bloat was gone, this way of eating is something I like. I know many who do Carnivore don't eat dairy products, but cheese has very little carbs and you can change up the meats and eggs with cheese and as you can see by my weight loss it works for me.

I have returned, and back on carnivore. Meat is getting very expensive now, but butter and eggs still okay.
