I am a (no longer)twenty something mama of 2. I also work full time outside of the house. I don't have much in the way of free time. I am trying to make the most of what little time I have to shed those few extra pounds that working behind a desk and eating take out put on!

You will see too that you will be eating ALOT more but losing more as well. Make yourself eat at the very least 1200 calories a day and make the most of those calories. The above food suggestions are on point !

for the corky ladies out there(possibly men to)
I do this sometimes too ! Sometimes with my kids but usually by myself. I will also play DDR as exercize !
