My homestretch,.... The hardest ever!! Ever since my work hours changed, my commute changed, I can be easily sitting 12- 14, hours in a given day! That's real... sometimes 5 hours just driving. Help... I cannot figure this out! It's been months and now lower back is beginning to suffer too. :-/
I am able to get to gym 2x's a week.

Seeking new ideas!
Energy level is good, pretty consistent with today's sleep and food intake regime.
My concerns are: 1. With hard exercising the ups and downs may be too much. How can I balance that? I'd like to make it through my 10 hour days at work being as productive as possible. 2. With the academic year approaching I have earlier mornings, hence I will have a lot less sleep come September. So how could I reach new goals with less sleep?
I'm at a loss but ever optimistic.
Maybe less calories is the approach? But then I don't imagine I'd gain tone or strength? Thank you for any ideas you may have.

Diet Buddy
Hi, I'm looking for a buddy. Emotional but more importantly focusing on follow through. I think lifestyle is the biggest part of the battle and mine is no different but unusual so I need very "think outside the box" ideas. Night shift girl here. Very limited time to sleep during the work days. Hoping to find exercise ideas to help me through my very long sedentary work time. I have been given a new opportunity at living a healthier life and I don't ever want to forget that. I tend to be a half glas empty type person but online I'm up and positive, hopeful and seeking ways to bring that to my real world life where it matters most. Look forward to meeting a exercise, diet companion. Would like to fi nd the way to improve upon someone elses life where these issues about weight and age we have in common.
