Tomorrow is weigh-in day. Not sure what to expect....
I dropped my RDI by 100 calories half way through the day on Tuesday. I went over that day, but I've been quite good since then (a whole two days!). I've also eaten quite a bit of sugar this week, courtesy of Easter candy and haven't gotten moving much because of all the rain. Fingers crossed!
It's going to be beautiful here this weekend though, so I'll definitely get the lead out.
Happy Friday my FS peeps. :)

So, this seems to be a trend. One week a little drop, the next week a big drop.
I had a few days where I was pretty sure I was over, but didn't know portions or ingredients, so I estimated high. Apparently I didn't do as bad as I thought.
I've also been walking. I mapped out a 3.26 mile course around my neighborhood and I've been trying to get walking as much as possible. There's been lots of rain here though, so I haven't been too consistent.
I get to see a majority of my family tomorrow, which I absolutely love. :) Happy Easter everyone!!!

I really need to find a way to stay on track when I face unexpected food challenges.
Today, I planned on eating light. I packed my lunch and planned out my snacks too. My plan was to enjoy spaghetti for supper. I've been majorly craving it and it's a absolute calorie bomb. But, lo and behold, a co-worker brought in homemade peanut butter cookies. So, I over indulged on those. Confession is good for the soul, right? In that case I'll tell you I ate 4. FOUR!!! Why, Angie, why?? I always do this.
So, needless to say I did not have enough calories for my spaghetti I've been dreaming about, but I went ahead ate it anyway. And then I over ate on that too. Disappointed and feeling like a failure today, A very, very full failure.
And yeah, I can suck it up and move on but I'm never going to get to the weight I want to if I keep giving myself permission to go overboard and chalking it up to 'I'll do better tomorrow'. It seems to just snowball. I need an action plan!!!!

I said I would be happy with any loss, and I am, but honestly I was a little crabby too. UGH. Only one pound loss. I guess its going to take me more than a week to take off what it only took me a week to put on.
Annoying, but that seems to be the name of the game.

Well, I've definitely paid the piper for my week of recklessness. What an eye opener! I knew my poor eating habits got me into this mess, but it's really shocking to see what just 6 days of letting go has done to me.
I think stepping on the scale this morning was enough to get me scared straight!!! And, while I'm sad for my counter-productivity, I'm thankful to have a little incentive to get back on the wagon.
Spring is definitely in the air here, and though it's cool out today, the sky is blue and it's a truly beautiful sunny day. I'm off to get some exercise in!!
Happy weekend everyone.
