Holidays, what can I say.

Gained a few Lbs after partying for 2 weekends straight. Tried to keep up the walking though. Just need to get back on track. Its so hard this time of year, I want to see and visit with everyone and there is always a ton of goodies around.

I need to try to make myself some good snacks to take for myself so I won't feel deprived.

It's been a slow week and a half, but finally the scale showed a drop. Need to adjust my thinking and expectations of wanting to see results quicker

Finally getting used to the smaller portions and not as tempted by the bad choices available at restaurants. I have seen enough results to keep me from screwing it up hopefully.
