Gained a few Lbs after partying for 2 weekends straight. Tried to keep up the walking though. Just need to get back on track. Its so hard this time of year, I want to see and visit with everyone and there is always a ton of goodies around.
I need to try to make myself some good snacks to take for myself so I won't feel deprived.
