Finally getting used to the smaller portions and not as tempted by the bad choices available at restaurants. I have seen enough results to keep me from screwing it up hopefully.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
