OK, feeling inspired with the quick results. Going to cross-fit tonight again. Stopped at store & picked up real mayo and some nuts to snack on.

OK, I know this extra little gain is still residual from the holiday weekend. However, I really worked out hard at cross-fit last night.
Day One of LCHF TODAY! Had coffee with 1/2 pat of butter, several cups this morning.
