Went on vacation and poof, the weight reappeared. Then after returning, it took another week to get my head back on straight. Starting over, forever.

Well, I wish I could say I really lost this weight, but I found out my scale was 6 Lbs heavy. I'm still celebrating, however.

Doing cross fit after work. The key is having a protein shake before the class so I'm not starving when I drive home. Otherwise I will eat uncontrollably after the class.
