stuck at same weight for awhile...worked a very long day at new job got off at 9pm totally tired ....stopped at Taco Bell...I know..not a good decision--got one meximelt and cinnamon crispas...went home ate..and mom had half a donut she "wanted" me to try...plain w/granulated sugar..i only ate half lol...next day expecting to see same old same old weight it finally went down...just sayin maybe taco bell and donut did it!! JUST KIDDING but good to know a moment of insanity didn't kill me!

Not sure how their is a loss but I will take it...on vacation or stay cation so lots of downtime/bored time..ate more healthy foods but still...new job next week , no lunches so that should help lol...more of an eat while you work type of deal so taking cheese/meat cubes and protein drink...hoping this is a good change...but also have another dream offer in works--its an unforeseen option but things are looking up! hope everyone has a good healthy weekend!
I want to try making a paleo version of scotch eggs anyone have a fave author or recipe?

Well company visited ..family over food fest...but I made lots of veggie dishes and incorporated new low carb versions of family faves.....over ate too many healthy foods but made it thru..
Good news new job after 27 yrs at one place moving on to a less stressful better position--so new start there also! Excited but anxious...will have to get used to new schedule and plan accordingly. Dr apt showed losing since last appointment but I know its not much from where I was recently. Have one more dr appointment to fit in before lose insurance for 60 some days till new ins kicks in..don't think not having diet meds will matter much..eating clean/paleo has helped satisfy alone I am okay with doing it myself now. Everyone have a good weekend!!

Staycation and busy getting ready for company and family reunion..actually had siblings over for moms bday...made jicama faux potato salad...went over ok I think...had green beans and baked beans and pea salad and tomato slices and deviled eggs and shredded beef with sauce on side I had in crock pot cooked with dry rub and can of coke all night...so food was in control..made a angel food cake and we had berries and muskmelon aka cantaloupe and I made a topping for cake and berries of Small pkg of sugar free instant pudding (lemon) mixed with 1 cup low carb milk added to 1 small tub of cool-whip partially thawed then combined together...nice dip for the fruit which is all I ate. We use to make this all the time as an alternate for icing on cakes for diabetics in family can be changed by using different flavor dry puddings. lost a little more since last time so keep plugging away!
