well I think the previous entry was all stress loss weight..lol engine blew in my just paid off car...arrgghhhh ...don't deal well with car stress soooo...back on the wagon and feeling sooo much better...tried jicama they were demonstrating at the local Kroger today...tasty..even raw ..with ranch dip...umm surveys says yum! Clean eating summer here we come!
on a ps note...I stopped to get mom a donut at a neighboring county store I was going by ...and yes I got myself one and yes I felt like I was hiding a secret the whole time...the good / good news...yup I don't know if it was because I haven't had any sweets in 2 months or rather it was just a damn good donut (lol it really was maple cream filled omg) BUT the other good news...next morning I FELT LOUSY..ACHY ...why is that good news...cause even as good as that tasted..its not worth putting the sugar and bad carbs in my body if it makes my body react like that--this I am sure of now. And coincidence no its not I used to wake up every day feeling like that...I now realize why. SEE a donut was a good thing LOL

26 days of paleo or a version of paleo non processed foods and only Ezekial bread (1 slice day max) and not every day..real foods veggies I never ate before and fruits....eggs an bacon yes I said bacon in the morning ... I cut my OJ with half water to cut carbs but still get taste in am...lunch is either salad or low sodium cold meat with cheese and or fruit or atkins shake or burger no bun if eating out and unsweet ice tea. Supper is whatever meat I want with either roasted carrots/beets/turnips/parsnips or sweet potato or corn or peas or green beans and dessert well maybe SF jello or Pudding or fruit with SF cool whip most nights not that hungry ...or SF popsicles...found tropical flavor ones are good. Yes I am taking med Qysmia...it has helped to not obsess over whats out in the kitchen but I wont stay on it forever ..cant either with limit on diet meds but with paleo type eating aka clean eating this seems to at least be helping me...dr was pleased with the 26 day loss of 13 lbs. woot woot!
