Staycation and busy getting ready for company and family reunion..actually had siblings over for moms bday...made jicama faux potato salad...went over ok I think...had green beans and baked beans and pea salad and tomato slices and deviled eggs and shredded beef with sauce on side I had in crock pot cooked with dry rub and can of coke all night...so food was in control..made a angel food cake and we had berries and muskmelon aka cantaloupe and I made a topping for cake and berries of Small pkg of sugar free instant pudding (lemon) mixed with 1 cup low carb milk added to 1 small tub of cool-whip partially thawed then combined together...nice dip for the fruit which is all I ate. We use to make this all the time as an alternate for icing on cakes for diabetics in family can be changed by using different flavor dry puddings. lost a little more since last time so keep plugging away!
Hope everyone else is keeping at it too!
