stuck at same weight for awhile...worked a very long day at new job got off at 9pm totally tired ....stopped at Taco Bell...I know..not a good decision--got one meximelt and cinnamon crispas...went home ate..and mom had half a donut she "wanted" me to try...plain w/granulated sugar..i only ate half lol...next day expecting to see same old same old weight it finally went down...just sayin maybe taco bell and donut did it!! JUST KIDDING but good to know a moment of insanity didn't kill me!
302.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
