Carbs... replacement foods
yes shirataki tofu noodles...I make spaghetti with mine..delish! try Ezekial sprouted grain bread if you need a good lower carb bread...usually sold in freezer case of nautral foods section at least in my Kroger as it has no preservatives. Try some portioned out sizes of nuts also as a snack thru the day and or paired with appropriated size cheese cubes or maybe some grapes with it. It may help to drink some protein shakes to get you out of the craving habit..atkins chocolate is decent and reasonable price and convenient as its avail premade, it will fill you up.
