I'm 49 and have a desk job that has caught up with me. I had to start riding my bike to work to feel like I'm living again! I never thought I would need to own a scale to track my weight, but too many times my weight has crept up and suddenly I can't fit into some of my clothes. So a few weeks ago I started this new chapter of my life where I am trying to get my weight back into check (need to lose 10-15 lbs) and track it so I catch weight gain earlier.
