Almost the end of the Month and the Daily Average is at -492 Cals deficit. This is inline with my aim of 500 Cals (20% of RDI but done a good way by not doing under RDI but taking the allowance from the difference between Food Cals and Exercise to get the deficit).
Will keep to eating to RDI allowance... just need to be good. Cannot exercise any more, i am already quite tired. (?)
Another month to go of much the same, with less cheating at the weekends ("please!").

2 bad days out of 3 this weekend. Compared to 3 out of 3 the weekend before.
Going to compare the numbers to see just how they compared.... one second....
And it goes a little something like this:
previous weekend:
- Fri: 102% @ -93 Cals
- Sat: 136% @ -521 Cals
- Sun: 191% @ +1937 Cals
last weekend:
- Fri: 147% @ +824 Cals
- Sat: 93% @ -1382 Cals
- Sun: 190% +1578 Cals
OK overall this weekend looks to have been worse than the week before, despite having one less "cheat day".

% 2 + 36 + 91 = 129% over for weekend before.
% 47 - 7 + 90 = 130% over for weekend last. (closer than i thought).... now for the Cals;
kCal -93 -521 +1937 = +1323 kCal over for weekend before.
kCal +824 - 1382 +1578 = +1020 kCal over for weekend last. (again not what it looked like).
So 300 Cals less cheating this weekend than the weekend before.
The scales did show a drop on Saturday despite the going ons of the weekend before. I will try to do better. #hopeful

Body is feeling the after burn from yesterdays mariton session.
Might have to change my evening meal to double up on the carbs and add more protein to give the body what it need to recover well....
