Detox Day #Monday

THE WEEKEND
l.w'end: % 43 + 13 + 286 = 342% over [ -336 -800 +3686 = 2550 kCal over ]
p.w'end: % 7 + 30 + 77 = 114% over. [kCal -621 - 1297 + 1398 = -520 kCal under]
= worst than the weekend before. :-(

The punishment for this is a Monday Detox, then back to normal from Tuesday.
This weekend was very much out of the ordinary, so there is a slight excuse. The next weekend is more normal, but with Valentines on the cards, we have party 3 nights in a row. #trying

THE DAMAGE:
With 2550 kCal to make up for and a daily allowance (Feb'16) of 138-289, the max of 138 kCal of 2550 is just over 18 days. That is 18 days of being good to make up for the weekend gone.
As of 8th Feb, I have 6 days (not including today) under my belt, which leaves 12 more days of being good to go.
