LENT: Day One - Teetotalism.
No dancing tonight, saving energy for Ballet tomorrow. Day 4 of 1200 kCal days. Back to normal Friday :-)
Subsituted the Protein shake this eve for an extra serving of Chicken (same amount of protein 30 mg) and added a two capsules of BCAA (to be on the safe side). Getting a early night. ZZZZZZzzzzzz

The scales at the Gym were not working today... So i am guessing my weight has not changed due to the last 2 days reduced RDI. Two more days to go and then back to normal.
The test will be the weekend (AGAIN), I am a little hopefully of being good this time. I am focusing on getting lots more sleep than usual (usual being 4 hours), so my body should not go into overdrive will lack of sleep.... #ZZZZzzzz
