Looking ahead at the projections for Feb 2016.... #the.numbers

Weekly kCal based on RDI and Exercise routine:
- Food 2100 kCal per day = 14,700 kCal per week.
- Exercise (Mon-Sun) : 2937, 2913, 2551, 3065, 2519, 3782, 2101 = 19,868 kCal per week.
- Deficit per day of week (Mon-Sun): -837, -813, -451, -965, -419, -1682, -1.
- Weekly Deficit = -5,168 kCal.
- Daily Average = -738 kCal.
So the potential for Feb 2016 (29 days: 4 full weeks + 1 Monday)
* 5,168 * 4 + 837 = -21,509 kCal deficit *

This is all assuming I am a good boy 100& of the time. Well not going to happen, so there is some allowance as we don't have such a big deficit target for this month. So taking into account the kCal deficit target and the short 29 days of Feb this is what we have:
- Target is between 13,105 and 17,505 kCal.
- With a projected loss of 21,509 kCal, I have then 4,0042 to 8,404 kCal to play with.
= That is a daily allowance of 138-289 kCals. #not.alot

January is now complete. One of the two month assessment of this new eating plan. I will access the damage later today. But things are sort of on track, tho the scales have not been reflecting this. #it.is.mussel
