Hey I'm Matthew from Az. I started this as an app on my phone to track my caloric intake. I eat primarily low fat, high carb, raw vegan right now. I have been eating/living a vegan lifestyle for about 7 years. I have a naturally lean body with a rocket fast metabolism. When I was younger I went on a 6k calorie per day diet to gain weight and was able to get up to 185 at the most. Keep in mind I'm 6'. These days my diet is all about lean muscle mass, low body fat, athletic performance, overall health, and longevity. I strive for 3k-4k calories per day and weigh about 150lbs. I would like to gain about 10-20lbs of lean muscle mass. I lift weights 4 days on 1 day off and run 2-5 miles 3-4 times a week at a 7min/mi pace.
