Tried this diet while exercising. Did not lose any weight and felt extremely defeated. I am currently paying more attention to portion sizes. Hopeful this works this time around. I have friends who are doing the same thing, not exercising, and have had great success in weight loss.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Google the article "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Exercise can cause temporary weight gain. Take your measurements as you diet and exercise.

I've been exercising alot and will start consolidation on Sat or Sunday. Although there were weight fluctuations ..,some weeks no drop, others a daily drop, the trend is definitely downward though. I've been very strict and did exercise portion control though....listen to your body..,when not hungry...stop...you can always eat another small meal.
