Tried the Dukan Diet. Not sure what happened, but I would lose a pound and then gain it back. Very frustrated. Found it difficult mentally to continue after 4 days of this diets results. I am not sure if working out 4-5 times a week while on this diet had any negative effect. I have not given up hope. I am currently on day 3 of the Arbonne 7 Day Body Cleanse. I have seen weight loss of 2lbs in this short time. I will continue to follow the 2nd Phase of the Dukan Diet and see if there are any results.
I have cut down to 1 diet soda per day (if I even have that), and drink a ton of water. I am also back to drinking a Arbonne Protein Shake once a day as a meal replacement.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
