Hey there hi there ho there
Figured I'd give a quick hello to the forum... I might use the forum a lot or not, I don't know... but I found this site through the app when I was looking for an easy way to track my calories.
I am currently 288, down from over 300, and just need to do this, and this site seems like a great resource.
