Not calling it a stall, but I am going through something I don't understand yet. No major weight loss in few days, not gaining either, just stuck in place for the most part. Have not made major changes in foods, added 2-4 oz of nuts per day...Nothing to effect major chemical variations IMO.
In the meantime, I continue to enjoy the foods, never super hungry, and no cravings for anything!!!
I will not be changing anything between now and August 2nd when I leave for vacation! All bets are off once I get on the road :)

Few days ago, someone on here saw my food diary and commented that, on Atkins, we should be eating five NCs per meal? Is this true? Versus eating 10 for lunch and five for dinner...etc. The NCs should be equally divided into the number of meals?
